Daphne Le Blanc
Daphne Le Blanc serves as Managing Director and has over twenty years of senior-level executive search experience. Prior to joining The Hawkins Company, she was President of Le Blanc & Associates, Inc., and served as our strategic recruitment partner. Ms. Le Blanc has CEO level recruitment experience with specialty expertise in transit management and municipal operations, and health care. Prior to establishing her own successful practice in 1986, Ms. Le Blanc was a “Top Producer” and award winning recruiter with two general practice search firms. Over the past seventeen (17) years, Ms. Le Blanc has established a nationally recognized recruitment practice. Daphne’s network of contacts and clients includes all aspects of transportation and health care site management. Ms. LeBlanc is a graduate of San Diego State University.
