Dr.
Catchings-Castello serves as Managing Director and has over
nine (9) years of executive recruiting experience in both
the public and private sectors. She has developed an expertise
in diversity recruiting, and has successfully designed strategies
and recruited for legal, financial, sales/marketing and managerial
positions. Dr. Catchings-Castello gained extensive sales,
marketing and management training with several major corporations
and has operated her own consulting company. She holds a B.A.
degree from Xavier University of Louisiana, an M.B.A. degree
from the University of Southern Mississippi, and a Doctorate
in Business Administration (Management/ Organizational Behavior)
from Nova Southeastern University (Florida). Dr. Catchings-Castello
is a member of numerous professional associations, including
SHRM, ASTD, NBMBAA, NFBPA and NSHMBA. She is also an Executive
Coach, author and conference presenter.
